DISTRICT 10 MOSAIC AWARDS
The District 10 Mosaic Awards recognize individuals, companies and agencies within Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas whose commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through their creative work and organization-wide initiatives.
A panel of industry professionals score entries based on criteria, including an Executive Summary, Situation Analysis, Strategy & Execution and Collateral.
AAF District 10 is part of a not-for-profit organization built on the shoulders of our giving partners. To help us continue to support DE&I initiatives within the advertising community across the Tenth Districts four states, please consider supporting this event.
MOSAIC AWARD CATEGORIES
Diversity and Inclusion Integrated Campaign
This category recognizes a series of three (3) or more related campaign media mix (must include traditional media, digital, or experiential) that demonstrates understanding and sensitivity of targeted diverse audiences and their buying practices and behaviors. This can include any of the listed mediums in the campaign: Broadcast, online, radio, print, mobile, streaming, outdoor and apps ads.
Student Diversity and Inclusion Integrated Campaign
This student-only category recognizes a series of two (2) or more related campaign media mix that demonstrates the student’s understanding and sensitivity of targeted diverse audiences and their buying practices and behaviors. This can include any of the listed mediums in the campaign: Broadcast, online, radio, print, mobile, streaming, outdoor and apps ads. Applicants must be enrolled full- or part-time in an accredited educational institution in Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana or Oklahoma. Student interns are eligible to enter. Submit work developed specifically for this competition or from previous projects or student contests (work must be created while the entrant is a student not employed in the advertising industry between July 2025 – June 2026).
Diversity and Inclusion Online/Interactive Campaign
Recognizes campaigns that are executed primarily or exclusively online or through interactive marketing. The winner of this category utilized interactive media targeted toward diverse markets. This includes digital media, mobile, interactive advertising, social, websites, apps and video game production advertising.
Mosaic Talent in Advertising
Recognizes companies that demonstrate a strong effort to use diverse talent in the execution of their campaigns. The winner of this category uses diverse talent (actors and models) to promote and market services, goods and products. Agencies are encouraged to submit work done for clients that demonstrates the client’s commitment to diverse talent. (The award would be presented to the agency that created the content. Additional awards are available for purchase.)
Mosaic Talent in Advertising: Content Creation
Recognizes companies that demonstrate a strong effort to use diverse talent in the conception, strategy, development and execution of their campaigns. The winner of this category uses diverse behind-the-scenes talent (directors, writers, production teams, musicians) to promote and market services, goods and products.
Diversity and Inclusion Student Programs
Recognizes companies and organizations for their development, execution and management of programs designed to increase student diversity, inclusion and awareness of various career opportunities within the advertising industry.
Supplier Diversity
Recognizes companies and organizations that have made a concerted effort to develop and implement programs to increase their partnerships with minority vendors.
Workforce Inclusion
Recognizes companies that demonstrate a strong effort to recruit, retain and promote persons from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds and also develop programs that enhance employee sensitivity, inclusion and understanding of the various ethnicities and cultures within the corporate environment.
Mosaic Champion
The Mosaic Champion Award will recognize a professional or organization that has been continuously supportive of diversity and inclusion within the industry. This individual or organization has demonstrated unwavering belief in this cause through mentorship; leadership and support of D&I program initiatives and by implementing cutting edge strategies and approaches for addressing diversity issues, among other acts.
NOTE:
Nominee and nominator should be aware that congratulatory ads and sponsorship opportunities will be available for each inductee. Additional plaques may be purchased for honorees or clients.
Mosaic Champion: The Mosaic Champion Award will recognize a professional or organization that has been continuously supportive of diversity and inclusion within the industry. Mosaic Stars: The Mosaic Stars and Rising Mosaic Stars are local awards, chosen by a committee or the board of directors at each of AAF District 10’s local clubs. They are committing their work, volunteer time, and public platforms to further DE&I in communities throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. These winners receive their honor in their local markets and are recognized at the District 10 Mosaic Awards.
