AAF Tenth District
The Tenth District of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. As a member of your local AAF Club, you also enjoy the benefits of membership in the Tenth District and AAF National. AAF delivers professional development, networking opportunities, recognition of advertising excellence, industry news & resources, the promotion of the value of advertising, and assistance in helping develop future industry leaders.
First, if you’re new to AAF, head over to www.aaf.org to learn more. Second, the role of the District for club leaders and members is to be a resource to help you achieve your goals and to be the bridge between you and AAF National. The Executive Committee developed a 3 year strategic plan called Consistency. Collaboration and Community. It’s based on why we all joined AAF and what we hope to continue to instill in all our members.
Consistency: For over 110 years, AAF has supported the people that make advertising, as an industry and a profession, great. Despite all the external and internal events over that century, AAF has endured, steadfast and sure.
Collaboration: We are a team. We don’t have committees of one and we don’t do it all alone. We work with each other to overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and ideate new ways.
Community: Being a part of AAF means we are part of a large, extended family. One that no matter the region or District you are in, you speak the same basic language. You know NSAC, AAA, and Mosaics to name a few. This community can help you network for your next client, your next job, and in some cases…your next partner in life!
