Jason Hartley, Head of Media Innovation and Trust at PMG
With nearly 20 years of experience, Jason is a key member of PMG’s Center of Excellence, where he consults on cutting-edge media strategies for clients such as Nike, Kohler, and Best Western. He also leads PMG’s efforts on privacy matters. In addition to his work at PMG, Jason serves on the ANA Ethics Policy Committee, contributing to their Ethics Code of Marketing, particularly in the areas of innovation and AI.
Josh Okun, Chief Innovation Officer at Gravity Global
Josh leads the firm’s production-grade “agency AI OS” that augments strategy, creative, media, and delivery for enterprise brands. His team deploys agentic workflows, brand-safe guardrails, and measurable ops telemetry to compress timelines and scale personalization—without adding complexity. Josh speaks frequently on AI transformation for marketers and has led programs across B2B and retail categories, translating C-suite ambition into shipped, governed AI capabilities.
Claire Ferguson, VP, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Technology Counsel at Gray Media
Clairs supports all legal needs of the company but her primary focus is AI, privacy, nextgen, and other technology initiatives.
Claire started in television twenty-some years ago as a runner for NBC News and a master control intern at News 12 Long Island, and after undergrad at Boston College and law school at Georgetown University Law Center, moved straight into broadcast law work. Before Gray, she served as counsel for NPR, Allbritton Communications, POLITICO, and Raycom Media. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
