Elisa Silva
2nd Lt. Governor
A native Texan, Elisa built film sets before the curiosity of an office and the advertising siren songs of Oregon, LA, and New York City called. She’s an accomplished account leader who learned the business at creative giants like Wieden+Kennedy, 72andSunny, Translation, and Barton F. Graf. Her thoughtful leadership has helped guide award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s most beloved brands like Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Activision, Anheuser-Busch, Target, Nestlé, and Airbnb. As Partner, Managing Director of 3Headed Monster in Dallas, Elisa leads agency operations and growth, both for the business and its people. 3HM is the current recipient of AdAge Small Agency’s Best Agency Culture in North America and was recognized on Fast Company’s 2025 global list of the 100 Best Places to Work for Innovators.
Elisa is an executive member of the American Advertising Federation. The national organization named her 2025 President of the Year. Her home club, AAF Dallas, was also recognized as Club of the Year. Elisa is currently 2nd Lt. Governor of AAF District 10, serving local clubs across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. She studied film at Rice University and Theology in Dublin, where she was a social worker with the city’s underserved youth and people experiencing homelessness. She’s obsessed with penmanship, has bad tattoos with good stories, and believes that with opportunity and open doors, girls can be remarkable football players and drummers if they want to.
